We at American Recovery Systems, Inc. aim to obtain the highest recovery rate possible for our clients, while at the same time conducting ourselves in such a manner that our clients are proud to be affiliated with us. We remain committed to utilizing the most efficient means possible to ensure a high recovery rate, while at the same time remaining ever responsive to our clients' interests.

Our rate of collection recovery is predicated upon the type of accounts placed by other Commercial & Consumer Facilities, the age of the account, and amount of information furnished to us. At present, American Recovery Systems, Inc. has an overall recovery rate, on commercial & consumer accounts, in the high 40 percentile. If examined on an individual basis, the recovery rate of some accounts have reached as high as the high 60 percentile. American Recovery Systems, Inc. is not aware of another agency whose rate can compare favorably to our high recovery rate.

We utilize many skip tracing tools including the R.L. Polk Directory, Hill-Donnelly Directory, City Publishing Directory, Credit Bureau records, county tax rolls per individual county, Cross Reference and other means to locate the debtor, with the on-line, in-house software with "Credifax" installed in our facility.

Training and Employment Opportunities

Our continued success depends upon the ability to train personnel. We have weekly classroom sessions which allow us to update our staff on all current bulletins and monthly newsletters within the scope of our business.

In order to insure that our performance standards are met, a Quality Control manager has been employed. The Quality Control manager's function is to review collector progress, identify opportunities for better collector organization and effort, define weaknesses, if any, and recommend changes or training. Each collector is eligible for audit of accounts quarterly.
